Rakesh is the Chairman & Managing director of Trinity Group and Chief Executive Officer of Value Homes Real Estate Brokers, Dubai city’s innovative and visionary residential and commercial real estate brokerage company. Rakesh Provides the strategic leadership that has seen the company grow from its head office in Taiwan to its current presence in seven countries with 10 offices and wide distribution network.  

Cognizant of the highly aggressive Dubai real estate market, Rakesh is constantly updating and refining practices that enable Value Homes to maintain its standing as one of the most respected brokerage firm in the entire city. One of his most outstanding accomplishments was the development of a concept Mall for Retail IT Industry “WiFi Computer Zone”. The innovative concept of introducing more then 50 retail outlets of It Products under one roof along with all the essential services has re instilled the life into an un-operational Mall at Mussalla Towers on the Computer Street. The presence of WiFi Computer Zone has amplified the number of footfalls at the mall from an average of little over 200 to a fulltime buzzing average of 8000 to 10000. “It is redefining the way customers used to do their IT Shopping by enriching their overall shopping experience”. Rakesh notes “ It’s been extremely successful in reducing the amount of time a customer would spend to shop for their IT requirements”

Rakesh also manages the media marketing & public relation efforts of the Dubai Computer Traders Group (DCTG), a Dubai Government recognized association of the IT Business owners of Dubai which was initiated by Rakesh to give proper direction to the fastest growing dynamic & volatile IT Industry of MENA region.  

Rakesh has spent his entire career in IT Industry, beginning as a sales person in 1985 at Wipro India. “I sold my first printer at $300,” he remembers. Soon after, he joined Jumbo Electronics as product Manager to manage their Supra brand of products in Taiwan, where he eventually ascended to branch manager. In 1992, Rakesh founded Trinity Group’s first technical testing and procurement firm that allowed the company to become one of the first Indenting firm in Taiwan for Computer & IT products exported to Indian markets. 

Rakesh is a staunch supporter of continuing education. “Life is a process of learning,” he says. “The industry changes almost daily, and if you don’t keep up, you’re out.” For example to help the consumers and real estate firms during the period of exponential rise of rentals in Dubai , Rakesh introduced the new leasing model to the real estate market which would allow his tenants to pay their rents on monthly basis instead of quarterly, half yearly or yearly practices followed by the most real estate firms. Rakesh is also a regular guest speaker at real estate forums throughout Dubai.

Rakesh is most proud of Trinity Group’s family environment that encourages the company to play a caring, nurturing role within the communities where it operates. The organization regularly contributes to a variety of local & international charities. 

A B.E.Electronics & MBA Marketing Graduate from N.M.Institute, Bombay, where he was the student body president, Rakesh resides in Dubai with his wife and three kids.
